In bachelor thesis will be made financial analysis of MEgA - Measuring Power Apparatus, a. s. The theoretical part explains the basic definitions of concepts and methods of financial analysis. The practical part will be performed the financial analysis by financial statements. The resulting values will be compared with the industry average or recommended values. Then will be proposed measures to improve the financial - economic situation of the company.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the current financial situation of the selected company with the proposal of the possibility of future financing. The first part of the thesis is devoted to defining the basic terminology and theoretical approaches of individual financial analyzes. In the second part which is practical, the acquired theoretical knowledge is applied. Brief description of the company and focuses on a detailed financial analysis of the company using selected analytical methods. At the end of the work, the current financial health of the company is evaluated and the possibility of future financing of the company is suggested.

The bachelor thesis is based on evaluation of the financial situation of Hartmann-rico, a.s. in years 2012 to 2016. In the theoretical part all needed analyzes and indicators are characterized. In the analytical part the analysis of the company's environment and the financial analysis is processed. The last part focuses on evaluation the financial situation of the company, which is based on the results of the analyzes and there are suggested some solutions that lead to the elimination of the identified deficiencies and to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

The results of the analysis are used to formulate proposals for improving the current financial situation.

The next part, which is analytical, contains an analysis of the company's environment and financial benchmarking with four direct competitors. The last part of the work deals with own solutions that help eliminate the identified problems to increase the financial performance of the analyzed company.
